He is charged with the business performance and operations of the Group’s global portfolio and the strategic expansion of its Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL brands.

Executive Director of Sustainability Partnerships, Lifestyle and Asset

Wei Ling joined the Group more than 30 years ago and?is responsible for its sustainability strategy, as well as the asset management of hotel properties that the Group owns. Ms Wee also founded and manages the Group’s lifestyle brands St. Gregory and Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant.?

Chief Operating Officer

Soon Hup drives the operational performance, systems management and development, as well as service quality standards across the Group's global portfolio. He also oversees new hotel openings and projects, food & beverage, and performance management. He brings over 20 years of financial and performance experience and has been with us since 2003.

Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

Cinn oversees and drives the marketing and sales strategy of Pan Pacific Hotels Group across its global portfolio of Pan Pacific, PARKROYAL COLLECTION and PARKROYAL hotels, resorts and serviced suites in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. She brings more than 25 years of sales, distribution, marketing and revenue management experience from international hotel brands.

David has 30 years of experience establishing new businesses, investments and professional services in the real estate and hotel sectors. He now spearheads Pan Pacific Hotels Group's strategic investments as the Group expands its footprint worldwide as a global hospitality company.

Senior Vice-President, Finance

Valerie oversees all financial management aspects and provides strategic financial input at Pan Pacific Hotels Group. Bringing over 20 years of experience in public and private sector organisations, she has overseen a full spectrum of financial reporting and accounting in various industries like hospitality, aviation, semiconductors and accounting firm.

Kevin focuses on growing the Group’s portfolio of sourcing new management agreement opportunities and building strong relationships with third-party owners. He has over 30 years of deep experience in hospitality, of which 25 years were spent in the Asia-Pacific region.

Andreas focuses on talent acquisition and management, learning and development, service culture, employee engagement, as well as compensation and benefits. He has over 30 years of human resources experience in the hospitality industry as well as from private and public sector organisations.
